Scope of Services. Through this Site, Patch Pro & More LLC markets and arranges Drywall Repair, Drywall Installation, Drywall Contractor, Drywall Patching, Water Damage Restoration, Damage Restoration Service, Interior Painter, House Painting Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Patch Pro & More LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Patch Pro & More LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Patch Pro & More LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will Patch Pro & More LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
